Group Chair, Linda Nash
Linda's had leadership roles on boards of complex organisations, from small and medium enterprises to large multi-million pound concerns, since 1995.
She was Chairman of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and before this was on the Board of Musgrove Park Hospital. As a founding director of Nash Bevan Associates Ltd, a trustee on the Board of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Chairman of North Somerset Community Partnership and Kings School's Taunton, Linda is also a performance/executive coach.

Group Chief Executive, Paul Crawford
Paul joined DCH in November 2009 and has worked in property management and residential development for the past 27 years.
Prior to joining DCH, he held the position of Managing Director at Sovereign housing association for five years. He is currently chair of HAILO, an influencing and lobbying group focusing on investment to address the various housing challenges in the south west.
Paul is a member of our Development Committee.
Andrew has extensive, senior-level, experience as an affordable housing professional, both as a practitioner and as a policymaker.
From 1995 to 2009 he was the Housing Corporation's Regional Director for the south-west.

Antony is a chartered accountant with 25 years’ commercial experience as a Finance Director with major international companies.
He’s held executive leadership roles in blue chip companies in both the UK and Europe.
He has experience of all aspects of business management including financial control, business development, strategic planning and corporate governance.
Antony was appointed to the Boards of Knightstone Housing Group Limited and Knightstone Housing Association Limited in November 2015.
Antony is Chair of our Audit & Risk Commitee.
Jenefer qualified as a chartered surveyor and has worked primarily in development. Jenefer served as a non-executive director of The Crown Estate.
She was awarded an OBE for services to the real estate industry and voluntary service to young people.

Tony is an accomplished Finance Director with executive experience in international reinsurance and UK social housing.
He has non-executive experience in social housing and as a charity trustee. His last executive role was as Group Finance Director of DCH, a social housing provider in Devon and Cornwall.
Tony was appointed to the Boards of Knightstone Housing Group Limited and Knightstone Housing Association Limited in November 2015.
Tony is a member of our Audit & Risk Committee.
Tim has 20 years' experience within senior management. Tim has experienced all aspects of the housing building industry.
He has worked as the Managing Director for Barratt, David Wilson Homes and previously as their Technical and Commercial Director.
Tim is Chair of our Development Committee.
Tom is an experienced board director, who has lived locally in North Somerset for over 20 years.
Most of his career was spent in leadership roles at Unilever and BP, but more recently he was marketing and strategy director for six years at Affinity Sutton - a large, national housing association.
He currently has a number of non-executive posts - including at Fairtrade, the NUS and Freedom Food (RSPCA). He is also a volunteer and director at Clevedon Pier.
Tom was appointed to the Boards of Knightstone Housing Group Limited and Knightstone Housing Association Limited in May 2016.

John is a qualified housing professional with wide and senior experience as a local government director, an advisor to government, the commercial sector and social landlords, Director of Housing & Regeneration for a public services PLC and a non-executive director.
John is a member of our Development Committee.
Group Director of Finance, Melvyn Garrett
Melvyn joined us from Motorola Mobility where he was Europe, Middle East and Africa Finance and Operations Director. He previously held finance, strategy and chief executive positions in the transport, electronics and distribution sectors; with eight years spent in the USA.
