We've launched ‘Just go for it’: a film about resident involvement

18 June 2014

We've launched our latest film, ‘Just go for it’, which shows the positive impact that resident involvement has, both on the organisation and on residents themselves.

The film captures the stories and experiences of the residents and staff who work together to shape the services that Knightstone provides for its customers. Watch it here.

Stella Milsom, Resident Involvement Manager at Knightstone said, ‘Resident involvement is key to helping us provide excellent customer service and do things better. It’s fantastic that our residents have helped us make this film.

It’s truly inspiring to hear what being a resident volunteer means to them and how their commitment is making a difference for all our residents.’

Marion Lord, Knightstone resident, said ‘This film gives a resident’s perspective. It shows the ‘why’ – why we all got involved. There are different reasons for different people, and there are types of involvement to suit everyone.’

Richard Doyle, Knightstone resident, said ‘I really think it gets the messages about involvement at Knightstone across. It’s very powerful. We want to encourage more people to go for it, and this does the job.’
