Staff 'bake off' for charity
Staff showed off their baking skills on Friday as part of a competition to raise money for Comic Relief.
The Knightstone ‘Bake Off’ saw a range of impressive cakes being presented at our office. Colleagues donated to charity so they could judge the tasty treats in a lunchtime tasting session.
More than £370 was raised for the charity by our staff.
Lynette Nigh, one of the organisers of the competition said: “It was great to see so many staff baking themselves silly for Comic Relief.
“The competition was really strong with some outstanding cakes on display. Staff had a hard job judging as all the entries were very good.
“I’d like to thank everyone who got involved on the day. You’ve helped us to support this year’s Comic Relief with your donations – which really do make a difference to people’s lives.”
