How to check your balance

So you always know how much you’ve paid, you can check your current balance and download your rent statement online whenever you like, just log in to your account.

We'll also send you a copy of your statement every year, if you prefer.

Help to pay your rent

You may be able to get benefits to help you pay some or all of your rent. Get in touch with your local council to check if this is an option for you.

Increases to your rent or service charge

Your rent and service charge usually increase every year. We’ll always write to let you know before we increase it. If you want to know more, have a look at our How we set your rent page.

Having trouble paying your rent?

Please contact us and speak to the Income Team as soon as possible. We can give you advice about your debt, or agree to you paying what you owe in amounts you can afford.
