This means you will not be able to report or track repairs, check your balance, or use any of the other services you normally would on the portal.
If you have an emergency repair during this time, you can still make use of our out of hours emergency repairs service by calling 0300 123 8080. Read more about our out of hours emergency repairs service.
If you need to make a payment, view the different ways you can pay your rent or other charges other than on the portal.
