It is our responsibility to install or replace internal doors when they are not able to be repaired. However, we are not responsible for repairing or replacing internal doors where they have been damaged by you, by someone living with you, or by your visitors. If we carry out this repair, you must pay for the cost we incur for this work.
Minor repairs to internal doors, such as cracked and broken glass, door handles and hinges, and the adjustment of internal doors following the laying of new flooring are your responsibility.
