Threatening behaviour and intimidation is a criminal offence and you should report this to the police by calling them either 101 or 999.

Once you have reported the crime to the police, please use our online reporting form. Please tell us the crime reference number given to you by the police. We will work with them and you to agree on the next steps.

If this behaviour has been happening for some time, we will ask you to keep a record of the incidents. We can use this as evidence to support any action we take, alongside working with the police. Your housing officer can provide you with an anti-social behaviour diary sheets or you can download our anti-social behaviour diary.

Cyber crime

Cyber crime involves being threatened or harassed online, and is a criminal offence. If you are experiencing cyber crime, you should report it to the police on either 101 or 999.

If the person responsible for cyber crime lives in one of our homes, please report this to the police and then report this to us using our online reporting form. When you report to us, please give us the crime reference number given to you by the police. We will work with them and you to agree on the next steps.
