Do you have a disability or long-term health condition? Our Aids and Adaptations team support customers to live independently in their homes by providing simple, low cost, minor adaptations. These include grab rails, lever taps, stair rails, handrails and key safes.
The Aids and Adaptations team are providing some opportunities to meet the team, where you can discuss any particular issues you are having and find out more about how we can support you with making small adaptations to your home.
The upcoming sessions are:
- Tuesday 12 July, 10am to 12pm – Chirgwin Court, Penzance
- Tuesday 12 July, 2pm to 4pm – Fountain Court, Penzance
- Thursday 14 July, 10am to 12pm – Trevithick Court, Camborne
- Thursday 14 July, 2pm to 4pm – Penwartha Community Hall, Camborne
- Wednesday 20 July, 10am to 12pm – College Green, St Austell
- Tuesday 26 July, 10am to 12pm – Penameyne Court, St Ives
- Tuesday 26 July, 2pm to 4pm – Meadow Flats, St Ives
There will be refreshments on offer, as well as some equipment on display. We will also be joined by some of our colleagues from our partnered agencies, including Cornwall Council and Cornwall Mobility.
