Customer Portal upgrade – planned downtime this weekend

We’re making improvements to our customer portal to help keep it secure and make our services more reliable.

What's happening?

We're making some improvements to our customer portal which will help keep it secure and make our services more reliable.

When will the customer portal be unavailable?

The customer portal will be unavailable from 5:30pm on Friday 24 April 2026.

You’ll be able to use the portal again from 7:30am on Monday 27 April 2026. 

Why is this happening?

We’re improving the way customers log in to the portal. These changes will help us maintain and enhance security, as well as increasing the availability of online services.

What can you do on the customer portal?

Here’s a reminder of what you can do on our customer portal:

  • You can manage your rent account.
  • You can update your contact details.
  • You can report non‑emergency repairs.
  • You can choose or change appointments for booked non‑emergency repairs.

What should I do while the portal is offline?

Emergency repairs: Please contact our out of hours team by calling 0300 123 8080.

Non‑emergency repairs or enquiries: Please wait until the portal is back online or contact us during working hours.

What happens next?

If you’ve used the customer portal in the last 12 months, we’ll email you step‑by‑step instructions on how to log in to the improved portal closer to the time.
