Matt said: ''I was looking for an apprenticeship after finishing school and this role popped up so I went for it. I liked all the core organisational values at LiveWest and I was lucky enough to get the job.
''I really enjoy it here! I work with a great team and they are all very supportive. They really know their stuff and have helped me learn more about technical side of being an electrician.
''LiveWest is a great organisation and they really look after you.
''If I have any problems I go straight to my managers. They are so understanding. I can also ask my team anything and they have given me some great advice.
''I would say go for an apprenticeship as you can learn and earn at the same time which I think is the best way.''
