Non-payment weeks in 2021

Customers in Devon and Cornwall who are not in arrears are entitled to non-payment weeks.

From April 2021 customers in Devon and Cornwall who are not in arrears are entitled to four non-payment weeks. Dates for these weeks are:
•    week commencing 5 April 2021 
•    week commencing 5 July 2021
•    week commencing 4 October 2021
•    week commencing 27 December 2021.

If you are in arrears, please ensure you make your normal payment on these weeks as this will reduce the outstanding amount. 
If you pay your rent monthly, the four non-payment weeks are already taken into account. 
 
If you wish to check if you are eligible for these four weeks or have any other questions about your rent, accommodation or service charge account please contact our Income team.
