Due to the upcoming bank holidays, from Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April we will be closed except for emergency repairs.
We will be open as normal again from 8am on Tuesday 22 April, although our phone lines may be busier than usual so we would recommend using our customer portal or getting in touch later in the week if your query is not urgent.
During the closure we will only be operating our health and safety emergency repairs service for repairs. If your repair is a health and safety emergency, you can still contact us using 0300 123 8080. Find out more about what is classed as an emergency repair.
Getting in touch about repairs that are not urgent
If your query or repair is not urgent, you can still report these using our online portal. If you have not already signed up, our portal provides a better way to report and track repairs, make rent payments and view your transactions.
Or you can get in touch through our social media platforms during this time, and our Customer Service team will pick up your message after the extended bank holiday weekend.
