With the energy price cap set to increase in April, we understand that many of our customers may be worried about how this will affect their energy costs. We want to provide support to our customers during this time, to reduce fuel poverty and improve wellbeing within our communities.
We are working with community partners such as the Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) to help you manage your energy costs. The CSE is an independent national charity that shares their knowledge and experience to help people change the way they think and act on energy.
The CSE are offering a free online workshop for all of our customers, giving you the tools you need to reduce your energy bills.
The workshop will cover:
- Keeping warm this winter
- How to get extra support
- Dealing with damp and mould
- How to use heating systems effectively
- Saving money on gas and electricity
The workshop will be held online and is available to any LiveWest customers who are interested in reducing their energy bills and keeping their home warm.
There will be three sessions:
Tuesday 15 March (6pm-7:15pm)
Tuesday 22 March (10:30-11:45am)
Monday 28 March (1:30-2:45pm)
To register your interest for the workshop, please email yourviews@livewest.co.uk.
If you have more complex energy issues or need further support, please contact our Tenancy Sustainment team.
