Treneere Team Spirit is a recognised Residents’ Association in Treneere, Cornwall. This great community group recently organised a number of brilliant events for LiveWest customers to enjoy during the school summer holidays thanks to a funding donation of £1,000.
The first event was a trip to Crealy Theme Park in Devon and the second was a community litter pick and picnic in the park and finally, the third event of the summer was a family fun day, which included a barbeque, bouncy castle and bucking bronco.
Debbie Sims, LiveWest Resident Engagement Adviser and member of Treneere Team Spirit said, “We love organising these activities for local families. The summer holidays can be a long, expensive time for parents. We help with putting on a number of activities that are either free or very low cost. It was lovely for Treneere customers to be able to link up with others from surrounding neighbourhoods around Penzance for our annual trip. When we see families enjoying themselves, our hard work is all worth it!”
