We would like to provide an update for you on our current repairs service.
Whilst we are working hard to reduce the current delays on our repairs service, we are still experiencing several staff absences due to Covid-19, and this is having an impact on our repairs service. We will continue to use external contractors to help us, but unfortunately there are still delays to some services.
We are also experiencing challenges acquiring some materials from our suppliers which in turn is affecting our ability to attend to some repairs as quick as we would like. We will continue to prioritise emergency, safety related and urgent repairs.
We understand that this is frustrating but please bear with us and we will get to you as soon as we can.
