We are supporting a new government initiative to increase engagement between landlords and residents

The Four Million Homes programme will help residents to understand their rights.

In April 2023, the government launched the new Four Million Homes programme designed to increase engagement between landlords and residents, and to help residents understand their rights and have the tools to hold their landlord to account.

We are pleased to be supporting the new initiative and the opportunities it will provide for our customers.

What is the Four Million Homes programme?

The programme is aimed at providing guidance and training for residents on their rights and how to stand up for them.

There are different opportunities available as part of it, including:

  • Free advice and guidance on issues including repairs, antisocial behaviour, dealing with your landlord and more.
  • Free face-to-face training events on subjects, including knowing your rights to engage and be heard, equality, diversity and inclusion, and how to form a residents’ group to challenge your landlord.
  • Free monthly webinars on topical issues, including damp and mould and antisocial behaviour.

How can you get involved?
