This month we have been celebrating our own Female Health Month.
To celebrate the month, we have been sharing resources to support our colleagues.
This included sharing information on breast and cervical cancer screening for women and people with breasts or a cervix.
Health screening is a way of finding out if you have a higher chance of having a health problem, so that early health treatment can be offered, or information given to help you make informed decisions.
Throughout the month we have shared information with colleagues about female health and screening, including the benefits and limitations of screening, support available, and more.
We also shared our women's health resource pack, which is full of information to support colleagues in understanding female health conditions such as Endometriosis, female cancers and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Outside of our Female Health Month we will continue to support colleagues’ health and wellbeing.
We were one of the first organisations in the South West to offer our colleagues paid leave after the loss of pregnancy.
We also offer a range of other family and wellbeing benefits to colleagues.
You can find out more about working at LiveWest, including the rewards and benefits available to our colleagues on our Careers page.
