We are responsible for this

Check weather conditions and for shadows Back to top

Direct sunshine is needed for solar panels to work most effectively.

Check shadows aren't blocking sunlight to the panels.

Be aware of the time and date as well, during spring and autumn the sun may be low in the sky so may not charge the panels as much as during other brighter seasons.

Check the battery Back to top

Batteries older than two years of age will start to deteriorate.

Check the age of the battery as it may need to be replaced by an engineer. Please contact us if this is the case.

Check the panels to identify any damage Back to top

Check for any damage to the panels and that the brackets are holding them securely and in place.
