As we approach the festive period, we wanted to let you know about our services over the Christmas and New Year period, including our operating hours and what you can expect from our repairs service.
Opening hours
You can see our operating hours over the festive period below, including for when you can contact our Customer Services team. When we are closed, our emergency out of hours service will be in place.
- Friday 22 December: Open 8am to 4pm.
- Saturday 23 December to Monday 1 January: Closed except for emergency repairs.
- Tuesday 2 January: Open 8am to 5pm.
Our repairs service between Christmas and New Year
Over the Christmas and New Year period we will only be operating our health and safety emergency repairs service for new repairs. If your repair is a health and safety emergency, you can still contact us using 0300 123 8080. Find out more about what is classed as an emergency repair.
If your repair is not an emergency, we ask that you wait until we reopen on 2 January to report it.
We will be carrying out repairs as normal for customers that have arranged and booked a repair with us on either 27, 28 and 29 December. So, if you have an appointment already booked for a repair then, we will visit your home to carry out the work for you.
