We are still experiencing a number of colleague absences related to Covid-19 and this continues to impact on our repairs and maintenance services. We are continuing to offer a full repairs service, however we will continue to prioritise emergency, urgent and safety required repairs. We are working closely with our materials suppliers and contactors to ensure we attend your repairs as soon as we can.
If we have made an appointment with you, please remember to keep it. It is really important to allow us access when you have a repairs appointment. If you do need to cancel or amend an existing repair appointment, please contact us at your earliest convenience to let us know.
Please remember to check the identity of anyone you let into your home. All our colleagues and contractors carry official identity cards, which includes their photographs. If you are at all concerned about letting anyone who claims to be from LiveWest into your home, please ask to see their identity card. If they do not have a card, or if you are worried, do not let them into your home. Call us and we will be happy to confirm if someone from LiveWest was due to call.
