At LiveWest, we value being customer-focused, taking the time to listen to, understand and learn from our customers.

Our YourViews Facebook group invites our customers to share their feedback and influence our services. 

The group is open to LiveWest customers and offers a range of feedback opportunities, including surveys and virtual consultations, as well as sharing updates on how customer feedback has helped shape our services. 

We are encouraging more customers to join the group and get involved, sharing their thoughts and meeting other customers. Shopping vouchers and other prizes are sometimes available for customers who take part in competitions and surveys. 

Customer feedback has made a positive difference to LiveWest this year, with customers sharing their thoughts on our annual performance report, helping to improve our energy advice and repairs webpages, and contributing to our customer newsletter.

This feedback has ensured the information we share with our customers is easy to access and understand, and that it is informative and engaging. Through providing feedback, our customers ensure we keep our information relevant to them, and they suggest ways we can improve.
